Dear Colleague
We’ve got an incredibly busy year ahead of us, and this event will give us the opportunity to look at the challenges we face in delivering against some of our key pledges such as 18 weeks and healthcare associated infections.
The conference will also give us the opportunity to look at some of the emerging findings from the local visions that have been developed ahead of the publication of the Next Stage Review report in the summer, and what we need to do as a system to ensure we’re in the right place to get on and deliver a more personalised and responsive service for our patients.
I’d also like to use the event to look at some of the successes of the past year, and will publish my annual report, The Year, at the conference.
