EVENT TIMINGS
The Conference will open for registration and refreshments at 10:00, for an 11:00 start. The Conference will close at 13:30 with a sandwich lunch.
EVENT FEES
The event is FREE to attend.
JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
Joining Instructions for the event, together with travel details and location map, will be sent to registered delegates by email after the 3rd December.
DELEGATES WITH SPECIFIC NEEDS
The Department of Health aims to offer a fully accessible conference. If you have any specific needs related, for example, to sight, hearing, mobility access or special diets (vegetarian diets will automatically be catered for), please check the appropriate box on the registration form and the conference organisers will contact you to ascertain your individual needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel your place, the event organisers, Glasgows, must be informed in writing (email is acceptable). Substitute delegates will not be accepted.
